Which of these Labs Are worth it?

I asked my clinic to check some peripheral stuff and they came back with what they can and cant do but its kind of expensive. Which of these are useless and should i go elsewhere for prices?

T3/free T3
T4/free T4
TSH w/ reflex to T3 + T4 = $20
DHEA sulfate = $90
DHT
Pregnenolone
Progesterone = $50
Cortisol = $30
Ferritin = $30

Which clinic is asking to order this? What are you doing? TRT? Blast?

Currently cruising but of these only TSH has ever been tested. I just made a list of anything people recommended checking in various places. Libido has been unpredictable since I ever messed with HRT and it was fairly low prior to, so I'm not happy being in the dark about any possibilities.
