Which routine do you feel would be better?

Thinking of switching up my routine and came up with two routines with similar concepts but different splits.

Routine A : This one is sort of like DFHT. One or two exercises are done 5x5 while the rest are done at higher volume. It would be split between upper body Monday and Thursday and lower body Tuesday and Friday.

ie :
Monday
BB Bench 5x5
Flyes 2x8-10
Back (high volume)
Shoulders (high volume)
Arms (high volume)

Thursday
BB Row 5x5
Chins (high volume)
Chest (high volume)
Overhead Press 5x5
Arms (high volume)

Same idea with legs.

Routine B : Split the week up, the beginning of the week is lighter, higher volume; second part of the week is heavier, lower volume. For example :

Monday (First part of week) - All high volume
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Arms

Thursday
BB Flat Bench 5x5
BB Row 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Arms (still high volume but less sets)

Again, the same idea would go with legs but on Tueday and Friday. Do you think one is better than the other or would the difference be close to negligible?

Thanks for any input folks!

Personally, I think exercise selection is more important that volume, sets, reps, tempo, etc. So, if by "back (high volume)" you mean "pulldowns, seated rows, a couple other cable movements, half a tbar row and a few dozen db rows" then I say your routine sucks and you would be better served by 3X8 deadlifts, a few sets of chins and(I'll let you have one shitty exercise) seated rows.

So what, exactly, does "back (high volume)" mean?

I do deadlifts on leg days. On back high volume days it would likely be doing :

Chins
One Arm Rows
Hang Cleans

Shoulders would then be :
Standing Behind Neck Press
Upright Row

Arms :
Close Grip Bench
Skull Crushers
Barbell Curl

Bench, BB Row and Overhead Presses would be done on the next session. Im leaning more towards B because I think that it would be slightly more effective. Also, doing high weight, high intensity workouts take a lot out of me and the 2 days off would be great afterwards.....instead of just incorporating them within each workout....
