Who else is on a PSMF?

I'm in need of a PSMF support group. I've had a double edged experience doing this diet natty. I hate it but loved the results - and for the most part kept the weight off that i lost (the last 40lbs of a 115lb loss). I just had a hard time coming out of it and not eating everything in sight. I did it, but it was harder than the diet itself.

Now I want to try it in the last half of my cycle, as enhanced I know I will retain more muscle plus more a fuller look. The glycogen depletion of a PSMF is really harsh on the physique when natty.

Anyone else torturing themselves?
 
No clue what PSMF was...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the easiest way to describe it would be a keto diet with intermittent fasting.
Also read that it's best done to kickstart a weightless journey for a week or two.
Why not just try a plane jane keto diet?
 
Protein sparring modified fast. Lyle McDonald style. Pure protein, trace carbs and fat, 10 fish oils, multi and tons of water.

Basically fibrous veg and lean protein. Faster than keto. Responsible crash dieting...lol
 
If you can do it and you enjoy it, then do it. I'm on a keto-ish diet and my strength is alright and I'm still losing fat.

I wouldn't do it, because your body needs a lot more fat than that, but to each their own.
 
It's very short term with refeeds. But you're right, it's not a preferable approach. I'm just curious as to the results while enhanced as even natty, I didn't lose much muscle but lost fat like crazy.
