Who has experience with using children Ibuprofen suspension?

I have heard a lot of people suggest using children Ibuprofen suspension to make a oral suspension from raws. Does anyone use this method frequently? How much raw product can i realistically put into a 100ml Ibuprofen suspension? Any information is appreciated.

To be a bit clearer, my main question is how much power the solution will sucessfully hold. I want to aim for 50mg/ml or 5g/100ml. Would I be able to go higher than that? Do i need to heat it?
