You know, I think I'm going to do that and write down my future workouts for the rest of my cycle. I already have a notebook which has all my past workouts logged in it. I think that will help me from getting side-tracked on my "rest" days.Just plan your whole week (or several weeks) ahead of time and stick to your plan. If you need more to do work on stretchIng and mobility. Just think of the rest and recovery as being just as important as your workouts because they are.
Sometimes I have to go to the gym earlier than my fiancee and I'll come back with her later and do a whole stretching and mobility session.
Great idea to do stretching and mobility as well. I don't do nearly enough of that and I think I'll be satisfied resting if I can at least do those in the gym.
Thanks so much for your advice. I'm kind of looking forward to taking a rest day tomorrow. It doesn't sound so bad now, ha.
