At this point in my life I am starting to realize that I still have a long way to go before I am totally satisfied with my physique. Anyone on here achieved thier dream body? People say that you will never be satisfied no matter how good you look but I was curious if anyone on here was actually satisfied. Hopefully I will be one of those guys soon....

Peace

I dont think anybody ever gets completely satisfied. I know when i was in highschool all i wanted to do was weigh 200. then, i hit it and then i said i wanted to be 225. well i have hit that and i wouldn't mind hitting 290 at a decent body fat %. I know this goal will take i while, but i will get there and once i do i will probably go for a higher weight or keep that weight and want to drop to a lower body fat%. It never ends, but that's what keeps you in the gym and improving and looking good, b/c otherwise you would just quit going.

i agree, i don't think i'll ever be "satisfied"

i'm proud of my accomplishments-& enjoy continuing to improve myself

-but that's me.

Actually, not to be an ass or ruin your thread, but I am basically completely satisfied with my physique. Actaully, in the next two years or so, I actually plan on cutting MUSCLE and getting down to about 185-190 lbs at a low BF%. My plan is just to maintain that weight/bf% from then on for as long as I can. I know it sounds unusual, but it is just a good decision for my health, my profession, my well-being and my Jiu-Jitsu.

I did this as well for a year 1/2. Feels great! Went from 228 to 202 lean as shit. I could fucking wipe my ass!!!

BUT, I am back to 235 now so what the fuck.

...By the way Mike, love your style bro any upcoming bouts in your future?

I started Inshin-Ryu Karate at 6, black belt at 13 then jumped into Akido, some Muay Thai (back in the day here in LA) fucked around at the Jet Center for a while, etc, etc, etc. so I can especially respect your ability and style. Furthermore, you're an amazing wrestler/grappler too bro. Nice work - good luck to ya!

He is not the real Mark Kerr.

UMmmm, I have to agree with MK a bit. I was probably in the best shape of my life at 195 and shredded and it was the result of a lot of riding cross country 2x per week. I had great cardio, looked like a million bucks, and was healthy. I have been 239 within the past 6 months and climbing a few flights of stairs or walking a couple of miles was an extreme chore.

Presently, I'm 233 and my plan for this year is to get back around 240 by year's end...but without all the chemicals and the sickening amount of food I was consuming. My God, talk about misery, I just cannot see the efficacy of it anymore.

To shift topics temporarily -- Hogg, what's the deal with your new avatar? The portrait you put up looks like a poster boy for a Gay Pride Parade!

Together with his recent Pride posts, it is very worrying Greyowl, or very encouraging given some of the new members to the board!!

Hogg so you are coming round to my way of thinking 200lbs sharp and fit is a good build?

LOL...its the guy from 'queer eye'......perhaps the most flaming member of 'Fab 5'. Ok ok, looks like I will have to change to my other avatar....give me a few minutes.

Ronin, I have thought about it. I honestly feel as though I need to test my ability to see a modest 240 on hrt dosages. Perhaps thereafter, I will consider dropping down.

Hogg I have terrible taste in footwear and my flat is little more than a dishevelled den, can you help me?

HRT doses - so what's your protocol? You are using test to keep within normal limits all year? Any HCG with that? libido holding up? I hear it goes down(no pun intended) after a few months without HCG

I am thinking 300mg test, 300mg deca and still take breaks throughout the year....16 on, 4 off. I guess I should have said "mild" dosages rather than HRT dosages.

In the same token, we'll see how things turn out after my first doctor visit. Perhaps we might be looking at 200-250mg test year round instead.

LOL......what would I know about fashion and decorating? To me, all a man needs in his flat is a good comfortable couch, a TV to watch PPV on, and a good refrigerator filled with beer :D

Clothing, that is easy. Go down to Sports Chalet and grab every 2XL adidas t-shirt in sight, then get yourself a dozen pairs of training pants and nice baggy shorts and you're done.....you'll look marvelous :D

I have absolutely nothing worthwhile to add to this thread, but that avatar looks exactly like the offspring of Mathew Modine and Brian Bosworth (for those that don't know either or both, forget it).

i am with you MK. After this last deer season and all the walking, my knees were a little sore. I was around 200. I really think 185-190 is my ideal "healthy" weight. Over 200 doesnt seem to jive with the extra curricular activities i enjoy. Who knows, next year i will probably want to put weight on again. I am a human yoyo

Hogg,

Please change that avatar... I can't read what you are saying because I am distracted by the homo erotic homosexual butt pirate.

thanks sir,
K-
