what did you gain as far as strength? I might just keep it as a eq and var cycle not sure yet iits more for endurance for me. like a runners stack. or maybe save the eq for another time and use var/wiiny not sure yetydrpysg said:i have. ran var 30 mg/day weeks 1-5, winny 50 mg/day weeks 9-14, test e 600 mg/week weeks 1-12, eq 500 mg/week weeks 1-11. nice lean mass gains (about 10 lbs) and some minor fat loss (about an inch in the stomach - didn't have fat % measured). and some nice vascularity.
i'll do a similar cycle again -- but - next time i plan to drop the winny and run var at 50 mg/day for the last 6 weeks. also eq will be upped to 750 mg/week.
