why dont more of us use B12?

It's really not going to do much unless you're deficient in it and it's estimated only 5% of human omnivores are deficient in B12 compared to 60%+ in vegans and vegetarians.

I smoke enough weed and am enough of a fatass that I don't need anymore of an appetite. I need something to control my appetite not stimulate it.

I was just intrigued by all the things it's used for ..

I eat a lot when I eat especially back then when I was 32yrs old and doctors always said it wouldn't do much because I eat enough and get enough B12 but that was not the case for me ...

I read back then that high doses like the doses from shots like I used would have the body trying to level out other B vitamins which is why the increased appetite ..
not sure but I loved the veins I got from it...

My girl doesn't eat much I told her she might benefit more from it

Sure it's true ..
it makes sense that unless your not getting enough in diet, then it won't do anything but it also makes sense that my dick won't work when I use Tren without Test ..
it works better ...

There comes a point when you just do what you believe works for you, definitely cannot listen to everyone and anyone, although most are legitimately trying to help, few have veteran knowledge
