Why is my free test so high?

So been on my trt at 160 mgs a week from my clinic. No ai. I will post my labs here. Why is my free test so high? I looked at labs from a year ago on my ugl stuff doing same dose and I had similar total t but my free test was 100 points less. Only thing I added was finasteride for hair loss. Which doesn't seem to be helping actually and making hair worse. Could it be the fin? Can free test make hair loss worse?

It was around 116 while being off finasteride. Haven't had it checked while on.

technically if you have a high dht your chances of hair loss can go up .. but that’s what finasteride is for.. you only losing head hair? Anywhere else are you losing it?

Nope just head hair. I'm 3 and a half months into it and my hair looks way worse than when I started . Hair feels greasy and itchy which it didn't before so not sure why it's happening if it should lower my dht. If I'm 117 without it it should put me in a good range it

Is it bad to have high free test. My pc mentioned this on my last labs also
