First off the title is a bit off...
A doctor prescribed dose of 150-200 is called TRT. That is replacing your natural production. Putting you back in normal range. That is the medical purpose.
The term cruise is just slang we use indicating we never come off. Alot of people who cruise are not originally in need of trt. They don't want to take a step back. Naturally a cruise is the first step in advancing ones goals. Then there's the other half of us who need need trt but prefer an aggressive dose ie: cruise.
Minus the very small few genetic elite who do not need drugs or just need a small amount can meet their goals with a trt dose and small cycles. These people are very few and far between. For the rest of us we need aggressive cycles and aggressive cruises to get to where we need to go.
Now the next step how to do it safely
RBC can be mitigated by giving blood. Every 56 days at a blood bank or a script for a blood dump at the docs. Checking your blood pressure is important. Taking ample time between blasts. Getting blood work pulled often. The higher the cruise the higher the risk.
Also understand genetics are a bitch. This goes for drug tolerance as well. Some will experience a host of sides and other none at all. On the same dose, same duration, same drugs. The differences person to person are dramatic. Some don't need an AI, some need lots. Some get gyno, sexual sides, high bp sides. On and on and on.
Ultimately you gotta live with your decision. I'm not going to encourage an abusive dose and I don't really care what people think of mine. I made my choice with the best knowledge I could find. In the end you are still rolling the dice. No promises
