heybros,
i'm preparing for my first contest, i have a good friend helping w/ training and diet, and gear. Neither of us are very knowledgable about winny. i'm currently 12and1/2 weeks out. i already have all my supplies including cutting gearing and anti e's and water pills ...if needed. i do have some winny on hand and plan on getting more. I was told that the more muscle that you have the more important the winny is(i was told this by a friend that competes) im 5'10 & a half ...current boxer morning wt is 271(i've been dieting for 3&1/2 weeks & doing cardio ed) and plan on cutting to about 230, obviously if i need to lose more or less i will.
i was told to start winny 8weeks out EOD, and at 4weeks switch to ED.
