Winstrol has been shown to cause cellular necrosis in the ligaments and tendons of lab rats.... So yes, deca does in fact cause some damage to tendons and it will decrease synovial fluid joints so it can cause stiff joints as well... IMO Winstrol is responsable for more injuries than any other two AAS combined.
