Noticed that there aren't that many good reviews on Tbol.
So I started a bulk cycle for the winter.
24 , 5'10'' 185lbs before cycle, bf around 10-12% not sure.
Workout 6x week.
Monday back , Tuesday Chest , Wednesday Arms , Thursday Legs , Friday Chest/back (high reps low weight) , Saturday shoulders/calves , sunday off.
Eating 3,5k-4k calories a day. About 250-300g protein and 400g carbs 70+ fats.
Cycle started oct 2 (Monday): Using @Pharmacom
1-14 500mg test E week (PHARMACOM)
1-12 400mg deca week (PHARMACOM)
1-4 Tbol 10 days of 60mg a day then 70mg for the rest of 20 (30 total) (PHARMACOM)
2-15 Adex .5 mg eod
2-15 500iu Hcg week
Got prami on hand if needed. Also Taking 2000mg Nac a day and have liv-52 to take after I'm done with Tbol. Take Daily Vit c, Fish oil , probiotic ,digestive enzymes with every meal , cal,mag and zinc , saw palmetto , turmeric , glucosamine chondroitin (joint support, love it)
I'm about a week and a half in with Tbol (take 30mg on empty stomach in the morning 30 mins before food (7am), then 30mgs on empty stomach 30 mins before pre workout meal (4pm). Take it with 8oz Grapefruit juice (heard it helps absortion)
First 2-3 days I was getting little bit of acid reflux and a pressure feeling in my head and throat. Only started noticing slight better pumps, strength and better fullness on beginning of week 2. The acid reflux and pressure faded away after day 3.
Weirdly it seems that my libido is higher , cant be the test because its only been a week and a half sooo I'm guessing its the Tbol or its all in my head.
But so far I'm loving Tbol!
Weight is up about 5lbs but could be me upping my cals and cabss since starting my bulk oct 1st.
Think I covered everything. I will try to update as much as I can week by week or so.
