Good evening!!

I wanted to write this log, as there isn’t much info out there for PEDs use in women.

I am starting a cycle of Anavar, along with a cutting cycle to preserve all the muscle I’ve built in the last 2 years.

This is my second cycle of Anavar. First time I ran 10 weeks at 10mg. I saw amazing lean mass increase as well as strength gains and rock solid muscles!

I will be competing in October in the physique division
stats:
33 year old Female
5’4”
140 lbs
5 years lifting

lifting schedule:
Monday: quads, adductors and calves
Tuesday: upper body with back and bicep focus
Wednesday: glute, hammies and abs
Thursday: upper body with chest and tricep focus
friday: quads, and work on whatever I feel is lacking that week.

I am one week into my cycle. I started by dosing 5mg a day in two doses, and have now worked up to 10mg split in 2. So far the only side to report is I can feel my skin starting to get more oily. To be expected.


Quick update on calories and macronutrients.

My maintenance calories, I eat around 2400-2500calories daily.

Starting out at 2050 calories, I will hang there for two weeks, dropping 75 calories every two weeks up to 10 weeks.

205g C, 68g F, 154g P


We’re officially 2 weeks in today!!

Finally started to notice some strength gains. Comfortably squatting 185lbs for 5 reps atg, up from 2 just 3 weeks ago.

Just dropped calories another 100, down to 1950. I’ve added clen to my cycle to aid in fat loss.

Clen will be incorporated 2 week on, 2 weeks off. 25mcg, 25 mcg, 50 mcg, 50 mcg, 75 mcg, 75 mcg, up to 100mcg to complete the two weeks. I’ve added in taurine and zinc supplements.

Starting to notice more definition in my muscles, everything looks to be tightening up.

Major changes I’ve noted for week 2: endurance and strength up quite a bit. Been sleeping like a baby.


Day 15 today. Strength gains even surprised me today. Went in to do 3-4 bench reps at my usual 105lbs, was able to smash out 11 beautiful reps for 4 sets!! Then went on to smash out my previous numbers on my bent over row. Over all, a damn good day for strength progress.

As stated in previous updates, I’ve noted a great increase in endurance.

Over all physique is beginning to lean out. Abs coming through, quad separation starting. Slow, but steady. The oily skin production seems to have remained the same.

no other sides currently to report. So far 10mg seems to be very tolerable so far.

Day 16: I upped my clen dosage to 50mcg and didn’t feel anything, thinking it may be bunk product, unfortunately

Rep has failed to get back to me. For that reason I chucked the old gear and I was able to get my hands on a clen pen and some Anavar from another lab, I can’t say for certain as I never tested the clen tabs but I was taking 100mcg and had absolutely no sides. I am now taking 33mcg per spray in the clen pen and I am shaking from morning until night. To me that’s a clear indication. However, can’t be certain without a test.
As for the var. I am currently in week 4 and still running 10 mg split into two doses per day, everything has tightened up nicely, abs are popping. The back and shoulder pumps have been insane and a bit painful.
Weight on the scale hasn’t moved. Still sitting at a solid 140, definitely feeling stronger. As for sides, I’ve started to get just a few stray pimples here and there on the chest, nothing crazy.
 
Clen spray is hard to get the exact dose so you can potentially overdosing each spray… and even dosing tabs is hard so sometimes 1 tab of 50mcg could be 70 or could be 20.. as long as your getting lean and feel the effects that’s what counts… and if your not holding water then the var is var

One thing to consider is switching to salbutamol (oral albuterol) instead of clen. Yes, clen works very well. It also has extremely harsh side effects and you can't find pharma quality and it's super easy for a UGL to fuck up since it is dosed in micrograms and most of their brains don't function at that level.

I recently got a bunch of salbutamol for super cheap and am going to take 4 mg 2x per day to cut soon. Salbutamol has been shown to be highly effective for fat loss AND muscle preservation, which is a huge benefit, and if that weren't good enough it also has way, way less side effects than clen. I'd say it is definitely worth looking into. Edit: OH also salbutamol has been shown to cause favorable changes in lipid profile (pretty significantly higher HDL lower LDL), which are much welcome on any cycle.

Fair, but the way I see it, labs should be the one to justify and defend themselves.

They're drug dealers after all.

You SHOULD be okay with where you got that pen from, they've been around the Canadian scene for a decade.
However, their Anavar did Test like 50% over (Not their lady Var, their standard Var, they apparently use a seperate mcg machine for lady Var to ensure the mix is right)
So if you were thinking of testing, it wouldnt be the worst idea.

If you do decide to get it tested, let me know, I'm happy to cover some cost as I know a few women that want to run their 5mg Var as well, would be good for everyone.

I only only do 2mg at a time though
Fat loss, I was very impressed with a 100mg ED DNP run, dropped 15lbs in 3 weeks with little sides.

just some more updates:

currently still running var at 10mg/day in two doses. I’ve added 66mcg of clen spray. Body has definitely tightened up. Abs clearly visible, shoulder striations back in action and that bicep vein .

strength gains are still good. Lifting heavier and longer than pre-cycle.

still no sides other than oily skin and a few chest pimples.

thank you for your input on my post. I was interested in trying albuterol as opposed to clen this time around. However, the two labs that I have experience with only offer it combined with other ingredients. (Caffeine, yohimbine) Do you think the blend would be ok, or is just plain albuterol going to be better?

Pharma Albuterol can be found for DIRT cheap (Like 9 dollars a box)

Not that there is anything wrong with taking a mix, but on anything below 10mg dosing i just buy Pharma

Yeah I was surprised at how crazy cheap it was in pharma blister packs.
However, the two labs that I have experience with only offer it combined with other ingredients. (Caffeine, yohimbine) Do you think the blend would be ok, or is just plain albuterol going to be better?
Nothing wrong with it, but I'd rather have control over each compound i take individually. Albuterol has a shorter half life than caffeine, so I might wanna redose the albuterol but not take any more caffeine. A lot of people dont tolerate yohimbine well, I've never taken It before. i wouldst wanna get a blend of two things I've never taken before, always better to try each one individually first.
