Hey guys I'm looking to gain some insight on how various coaches design programs for women's physique competitors and figure as well

I have Mountain Dog's Omega Sentinel I'd be more than happy to trade. Many people have different approaches and I'm looking to expand my knowledge
 
Women’s not the same as men’s?
Well I'm not looking for simply here's a workout routine, I'm curious to see how the higher level trainers design programs to develop and shape top level competitors
 
Emphasis on shoulders, back, glutes and quads. Not much chest or direct arm work. That's what I see from my wife's coach. She competes in figure, working towards physique.
