Work is playing up with my diet!

I'm currently working as a waiter in a busy cafe in Sydney where I don't have a chance to scratch my ass let alone prepare myself proper meals throughout the day.

Most of my days are only half days which go from 1-6pm.

But in that time, I'm lucky to fit in two sandwiches.

My biggest meals seem to be in the morning before work, and at night after work. This time gap is one big fuck up for my diet. Apart from leaving my job, what else is there that I can do?
 
dont you get a break? you should be getting at least two breaks. it takes 10 min to eat, so when you do, eat during that break

Don't get breaks bro. At the moment, i'm working a $$$ in hand job which pays quite well. I've started bringing in 5 cans of tuna a day and some protein powder. I guess this is better than nothing at the moment.

Maybe take a protein shake already in the shaker bottle so you just add water real quick and chug it. 5 hours without food isn't THAT bad if you eat a big meal before work.

Frosty hit it right on bro, I inform every client I train that if you are in a time restricted situation protein shakes/bars do the trick for meal times.
 
I used to have the same problem when I worked as a bartender/security in a very busy bar..no breaks with around 8 hours of non stop work..protien shakes are your best friend take a shaker bottle and powder to work it only takes a min to mix up and slam down...
