I have read so many different theories about w/o cardio in the morning before you 1st meal. Can anyone tell me from personal experience? I have just been diagnosed w/ hypothyroidism (2 weeks ago) just started taking t3 and t4 and went to mexico and bought clen...had good results last time w/ clen... gained 25lbs in two months...female 5'6 137...used to being a lean 115-120....this is killing me. I am takiing the big step the 2nt weekend in March so... not a lot of time Please help!! also should I do cardio everyday? I am willing to do anything!! right now i train about 4 times a week cardio about 3 and weights about 2-3...but my system needs a good shock!!

you can try cardio on an empty stomach in the morning if you like. some people swear by it for cutting, others don't really see any difference. just make sure the rest of your diet is on spot and any cardio will do the job. you can try hiit style cardio for a shock or just do an hour at a time with a slow pace if you have that much free time. (3.0 on a treadmill being slow paced, slight incline if you feel it helps)

hiit may burn more calories over all but people seem to find that an hour of slow paced cardio burns fat more than stored glycogen or muscle.

really. 3.0 seems so slow and yes I can take the time to do 1 hour. what about aerobics...I hate being on the treadmill or eliptical for long periods of time...I get way too bored

I would disagree on the hour of straight cardio. I think 30 minutes in the am and 30 in the pm would be more effective and do it in the form of intervals rather than one steady pace. Check out the thread by Freddy that was active last week for examples. Since your time frame is so short 4-5 days per week seems necessary rather than 3. Is your diet dead on and our you supplementing with anything besides the T3/4 and clen?

dieticians swear it doesn't matter if you eat or not, that calorie balance matters. I've done my cardio (walking) before breakfast for years. It works well for me. I wouldn't do hard work before breakfast, such as weights or HIIT. Those forms of exercise burn a lot of glycogen and if stores are low from an overnight fast you could catabolize muscle. Also, for intense work you need energy and will perform better with food.
