Working down instead of up?

Hello,
Finally decided to get involved after many times of visiting here, and seeing that even though this site can be brutal at times there is also a lot of good guys willing to help others achieve goals or maintain ones already reached.
I'm sure my case is not unique but not as common as most. Which is part of why I joined and am reaching out for advice. I would say based on all I've read(could be wrong) that most cases of guys trying to build an anabolic physique start work up or are tired of being small and try hard to pack on gains and weight up through carbs and protein heavy healthy dieting.
In my case and probably a few others on here we are trying to work down or cut hard and fast. Years ago I was well on my way to be a heavy hitter, life changed was involved in a bad accident that damaged three my body and hormones out of whack to say the least despite a healthy diet, solid ruitine and incredibly physical job I could not drop pounds I would build and gain but it's was all till covered by layers the excess fat would not fall bf% would stay the same roughly weight would go up after finally getting to a doc and running blood testosterone was off the chart low, he's got me hooked up now with pretty decent amount of testC shots my bloods are coming back at around 1000 and after 4 months of taking that and keeping diet and runtime pretty much the same I've dropped 68lbs but want to do cut more fat and start to stack on lean.
Here is where advice would be much appreciated.. Through a lot of research and fucking around I've found pretty legit personal and online sources so here's my questions...
1. Would I be better off not to cycle continue what I'm doing cut down to 200 or so and then start to stack? Or could I still reach goal faster cycling training hard with the right cycle stack.
2. If cycling is the answer what stack would you all recommend. I'm more susceptible to aromatase then probably most but some nolva cl or prov. should handle that.
My thoughts were WINI,TREN,ANV and some T400...

Hello, and welcome. Many here will tell you to not start AAS use until you have reached you natural potential. Especially since your talking about having excess fat to drop yet. I think this is a personal opinion to answer for yourself. Yes, the best way would probably be to continue to cut naturally, and begin to cycle when you reached your limits of improvement. This way will allow you to drop the fat that you just can not do while cutting naturally, and your gains (or losses in your case) will be far more beneficial. The other choice, start running gear now...this will of course give you quicker results, but may not give you better results than cutting naturally and then using gear. The choice is yours to make. As far as which gear to run, that is also a personal decision. Everyone is affected by AAS differently, so what works for me, may not work for you. Btw, AAS are not weight loss products, AAS build muscle. Now that being said, different AAS aid in fat loss more so than others. I would say Winny, Anavar, Tren Ace and Test Prop would be AAS I would consider for a cutting cycle. Whatever you decide, I would definitely consider buying some pct meds before you start your cycle, because pct is just as important (if not more important) than the cycle you take. Good luck.
 
Welcome to meso!!! I agree with The above advice from Ripp, aas are no magic, if your diet and workouts (both lifting and cardio) are not on point , you'll not loose much fat at all you will put on muscle with aas but i find for shedding fat diet is king.

Sounds like I've got some decisions to make on how to best handle it for me, your opinions seem to be general consensus on everything I've read but occasionally I come across an article. Talking about mucsle building aiding in burning fat so theoretically one would assume using aas building that muscle would aid in more rapid transformation,maybe. I know I've responded very quick too 200 mg TestC a week and was just thinking stacking it up might even push further maybe I'll run I lower dose cycle for 4 weeks and see. Finally as I stated early I have a script for 200mg a week testC because of my already fallen off T that being said recovery of natty test isn't a major concern because of my accident my natural levels are around 80, so what pct/on cycle support if any would be good. Thanks

Thanks @ Big_paul the diets been clean still just running heavy dose Test C by script it's working pretty good but not great.. I've got a minor surgery coming up then I'm going to hit it hard building up cycle supply would you suggest win or abc to run with the tren and test to get results also I won't be running heavy dose tren to start 75mg eod. Thanks

I am sorry, I just read you are on TRT. So with that knowledge, I would assume you are under a physicians supervision. I am in no way qualified to give medical advice, just giving you my personal advise (drawn from my own experience). Since you stated your natural level of testosterone is low, have you taken any PCT medications in the past? If not, maybe you could rebound your own testosterone? As far as your comment about muscle building aiding in fat loss, hell yes it does. If you have more muscle, your body needs more calories (and such) to fuel the added muscle. So, adding muscle will aid in fat loss. I agree with Mr.B66's statement about diet and cardio. Nothing is better than hard work. Weight training with proper form, cardio, and a clean diet is what makes guys here shredded. Sorry no magic pill I know about. I also like Ozzy619 comment about Rome not being built in a day. It totally is a lifestyle, and takes time and determination to stay focused on your goals. That being said, 200mg a week of Test Cyp is a healthy way to convert your body and keep your libido. But if you increase the dosage to say 500mgs a week. You will be astonished with the results, especially since your body responded so well to 200mgs Test a week. Now I am not telling you to stab your ass with 500mgs a week, everyone's body reacts differently to different drugs and even the amount of the drug. So, be careful when playing around with these dosages, an increase in mgs can have great differences to the body and also side effects. There is a reason doctors do not have TRT patients on 500mgs a week, and that reason is negative side effects. Anyway, I hope I could be of help. Good luck to you, whatever your decision.
