Hey guys sorry if this was repeated from somewhere but I did not see anything while I researched this last week.
My woman and I go away every 2/3 months on a vacation to either a caribean island or some sight seeing venture in the USA. Just got home from aruba tonight and yes loved the 80 degrees weather. Anyways to the point..
Every time we go away I feel a set back in my training. Either the hotel gym has inadequate equipment to lift like only circuit set and a treadmill or the weight rack only goes to 50lbs.
Any of you lady's or gents have advise for these situations. I've tried just circuit and going as heavy as I can for a few rounds. Or even loading barbells with all sorts of weights and bringing elastic resistant bands to help. I'm sure I'm not the first with the issue. Thanks in advance.
