Hey Guys,
Been awhile. I have been outta the game for awhile now. Moved in w/ the GF , home repairs, ecnomic downture etc... Fuck I am back. Got some goodies, and a new workout. It works well for 2 of my buddies but I think it might be alittle much. Let me know what you think
MON: run sprints15 min/ clean and press 3x10/ weighted step ups 3x10
Tues: 5x5 deadlift/ 3 or 4 x10-12 bent over back row/ 3 x 10-12 delt flys/ 5x5 incline/3x10 incline fly/ pushups inbetween /3 or 4 x 10 wide grip pull ups/
wed: 5x5 squat/ alternating by week lunges leg ext. hamstring ext leg press
thurs: 5x5 shoulder press/ 2x10 upright row/ 2x10 clean/ to failure flys
fri: repeat mon
