Workout routine and odd shift schedule

Hey all;
The question that most shift workers ask, "how do I get on a regular gym routine with this shift schedule"?

I work 4 days shifts (12 hour shifts)) then 6 days off (Friday through Monday)
Then I work 3 day shifts, 24 hours off, then 3 night shifts (12 hour shifts) then 4 days off (Tuesday through Sunday).
Then 4 night shifts (12 hour shifts) Monday through Thursday)

The way my routine is now is on my 6 days OFF, I go to the gym 3-4 days.
On my 4 off following my 6 day tour, I go to the gym for 2-3 days
On my days off following my 4 nights, I go 2-3 days.
While I'm working 12 hour shifts, I don't go to the gym.

Any ideas??

Being on AAS while working these odd shifts, is it a waste of money??

Any feedback would be great.
Thanks
