just out of curiosity I figured I would ask those of you who focus on powerlifting style work, what do your splits look like?


I don't work in week long time frames cause I don't like to. I prefer to work in like 4 day increments usually something like 3 days on (pressing day, leg day, back day plus extras) and a day off doing solely for low intensity cardio, yoga and chillin in the sauna

Currently I'm doing more of a powerbuilding style of training but my split when training purely powerlifting was. Push pull squat mwf. So Monday bench 10x3, deadlift 15x1 and squat 12x2. Never more than triples and always around 95 - 100 percent of max

Comp deadlift
Bench assistance

Monday
Full body bodybuilding, weak points, mobility, etc.

Currently injured, so I'm doing good mornings and other stuff for deadlift for awhile.
