I was at work today and couldn't wait until I got home to workout my back and bis.
I got home and I was all pumped up. Started on some DB rows and realised early in the workout that my strength was just not there. Did my Deadlifts, BB rows, goodmornings, still no improvement.
I then trained my bi's thinking that they'd be up to par. Again, I was curling 2.5kgs (6lbs or so) lighter than I normally would.
I finished my workout depressed as fuck, threw my weights down and was rather pissed off at myself.
I then just sat there thinking, why the fuck am I doing this? What's the purpose?
Guys, I've lost my motivation and it's really shitting me.
I think I need some positive feedback, something to lift my spirits. I'm sure many of you have been through this at one stage in your lives. Help me out bros
