xanax and heart problems

i remember a few years back a kid in the area having hear surgery due to his drug use. something aboiut scar tissie building up on the heart. does this apply to xanax?perhaps because it does slow down your heart rate,thus effecting your heart. any opinions? i loce anax but only use it spoardically for sleeping. steroids can cause insomnisa because all AAS have a direct effect on your central nervous system. try not to eat before bed and don't workout late. working out with weights or cardio might tire you during a workout but afterwords the endorphins kick in(runners high).

Been on Xanax as needed for 15 years. It doesn't cause heart problems.
