was thinking about just using var @ 40 mg ED for 10 weeks...
just to tone up a little and maybe throw on five or ten pounds

what kind of gains could i expect from this cycle

and would i need to consider PCT for this cycle?

oral-only cycles are poopy. make sure you run some milk thistle at about 600-1000 mg a day.

yes you need pct for that cycle.
