Hey everyone, glad to finally be cleared to join, I'm pretty new to the forums, 1st forum I discovered was a bunch of mods pushing bunk ass gear/sarms/supps thankfully I trusted my gut and did some research which landed me here.
I'm 31 y/o, always enjoyed lifting weights and did so for fun and exercise. I have natural strength especially in my legs and core, and always had natural muscle especially in the lower body which is probably why I enjoy it. Unfortunately due to injuries sustained on duty and the rx meds I was given because of said injury I hadn't seen the inside of the gym in nearly 5-7 yrs and ballooned up to over 300 lbs. I no longer take meds as I have no need for them, and lost nearly a 100 lbs before going back to the gym simply by fixing my diet. My t has been low for at least the last 4 yrs, likely fried by opioids & benzos, but no dr wanted to treat me but on my last physical the dr was like your t's hella low you should go on treatment so was put on trt. Kinda wish he provided more info but the lack of forced blood work (I say forced cause I don't have to but occasionally volunteer) makes it easier to run a test cycle (my 1st) when the times right.
Now I've been back in the gym for the last 6 months and feel great. Looking to learn as much as possible and hopefully contribute.
