YHCL used in the 10-20 mg range on an empty stomach along with caffeine is a very effective fat burner. when used in the 5 mg range before sex not bad either. Once you consume food(carbs) you lose the fat burning effect.
Users need to be aware of the side effects, possible tachycardia, jittery, increase blood pressure. Start low and gradually work your way up with dosing. if you think you might od on this stuff you can have some propranolol on hand. Good stuff to have around anyway.
I've used it as a stimulant in the early evening and never had a problem getting to sleep later that night. I go to bed around midnight-1am.
