Not right away but I agree that you have to leave, you're younger, try your luck as soon as you can, I don't think this country will improve.

I am currently finishing my sports instructor diploma.

Once finished in July, I am thinking of Australia to work on my English and become a sports coach as fitness is quite popular there.

The ease of obtaining a work visa is also taken into account

I've never been to Canada, so I'm making assumptions.

It was indeed a good choice that I was considering but apparently a lot of worries about housing.

I have skills as a plumber / welder, so I think I could find a job easily while building my coaching career in parallel.

But the difficulty of finding housing due to immigration and a government that unfortunately seems closer to the French system than to the U.S. system make me doubt this choice...
