Your comprehensive blood test?

Hi, I've been thinking and started planning a very comprehensive blood test list to assess my general health from all aspects & angles. Not only because I feel like this is something everyone should do once every couple of years despite whatever other tests you do, but also because this way I could "fix" any other issue before an actual cycle. So basically I'm not only talking about a basic hormone panel or such, an actual extensive bloodwork. It may be quite expensive, so that would be the only downside.

I know some clinics/labs/etc. offer packages, but I'm also wondering how you guys crafted yours (for those who did), what it includes and was it useful to you?

I do a decently in depth panel twice a year. You may also consider ordering some imaging, and a CAC score.
One thing you should pull on bloods when you’re not on cycle is LP(a) you only have to pull it once in your life. It’s basically a genetic lipoprotein that indicates your risk of heart complications down the road.

I use Marek health now for ordering bloods. Their site is easy for building panels too. I do the comprehensive panel 2x a year. Then I do build panels on their web site since it’s so cheap for basics as I experiment with diets manipulations and AAS/ancillaries. For example I’m running nandrolone for the first time and I’ve pulled prolactin every month of the cycle just to see we’re it is at as I worked up to 420mg. I also did a statin experiment that had some pretty awesome results. I’d start by looking at their panels and if you wanna build one just take out the stuff you don’t want they offer on those ones. Hope this helps man.
