Your diet when targeting Macro's?

Researching on hitting your correct marcos when trying to achieve a certain goal. Stats 41yr 6"2- 214p bf% 12-14. Goal 205p 7-8bf% I am aware drastic cal reduction gives immediate fat loss but better to have a longer balanced diet for solid & quality results. Opinions on a correct cal count for my goals? And anything else I need to understand? Thxs
 
Plug your stats in a TDEE calculator to use as a starting point. Adjust from there

Edit* fast or slow fat loss doesn't impact the quality of fat loss. Cutting hard and fast is more psychologically demanding and unless proper eating habits are learned it may not be long term fat loss but it's still fat loss nonetheless.
