I'd bet you could find other lifts to target your Quads better. The weakest link in zercher squats is unlikely to be the Quads so it might be challenging to get volume
No doubt, I like throwing them in to the mix once in awhile. Tomorrow is leg day so going to throw in a few sets.I love zercher squats for functional training but if you are trying to bring up your quads any isolation machine would do well. But that being said if you feel them more in your quads than carry on and keep hitting them.
