Zma? Before A Cycle?

I got some ZMA from a friend and I'm actually starting a cycle in about 2 weeks should I take this stuff? Is it hard on the liver? I don't know much about it, does anyone>? Any info would help thanks!!!

it's pretty much garbage. It's minerals so it's not hard on your liver.

It will help you sleep however.

i don't think you really "cycle" zma. you just take it to help out with recovery and help you sleep better. FWIW, i haven't noticed ANY benefits from taking it.
