    I placed a small order for some test and EQ beginning of November. Got it in a timely manner but my EQ was left out of my order contacted axe and was told they would reship still have seen nothing, contacted them again and have been ghosted. From the looks of everything leaving it out and not shipping it he did me a favor. Haha.

    (I already made a post in the source’s own thread, but it might go unnoticed by other community users.) I opened this post to reach more users.
    I also ask that, as a community and potential buyers, if possible you visit the source’s thread and share your genuine opinion on what you would expect from a serious source if you were in my situation. Whether I am wrong or if the source is at fault. The source believes they are acting correctly just because the order was delivered. They don’t care if it was delivered to the right person or not, even though I have already proven with facts that it was not delivered to me (the name of the person who supposedly received it does not match mine, and the delivery address recorded at the time of delivery also does not match my address).

    For those who already know me here on the forum, you are aware of my concern about sources for the community. This time it happened to me. I ordered a pack of retatrutide from this source on 19/11/2025. Payment was made, everything was fine. It was shipped after 3 business days, all good. The problems started with the delivery. I was tracking the delivery and noticed that the package was marked as delivered to someone named "FLOR." Flor is a female name in Portugal. I checked the street where the delivery was registered, and it was not mine. Immediately, I informed the source on Telegram and explained that it was marked as delivered but not to me, rather to someone named Flor. I called DPD, and the information I received was that the sender had to contact them since they are the main client of DPD. I asked the source to urgently call them so the error could be detected in time. Today, 7 days have passed since the delivery, and the source on Telegram is starting to blame me! It's surreal. I was accused of trying to scam the source (even though I made sure to send the DPD tracking, which clearly says: "Received by Flor," and it also shows the street where it was delivered, which DOES NOT match mine). I was accused of signing as Flor (a 95kg bearded man signing as Flor=Flower would be the most normal thing in the world), and the source just wants me to place another order to compensate for the mistake. Obviously, since I don’t need more products and have no responsibility for what happened, I did not accept. I just want to receive what I paid for. At this moment, I am without money and without the product, waiting for a resolution that is either a reshipment of the product or a refund, something the source refuses to do. I will update here in posts as things progress. I didn’t want to attach photos of the Telegram conversation for principles' sake because, even after being fully accused of everything without any proof (and if the source denies it, I will attach the Telegram conversation), I still think it’s wrong to expose personal conversations unless strictly necessary. I am waiting for a resolution, and after 7 days of insisting, posting here is my only option.

    For now, I will attach only the part with the source’s brilliant suggestion.



    TDLR: DPD delivered to the wrong person (“Flor” = Female name in my country) and at the wrong address (When the courier makes the delivery, the location where it was delivered is recorded, and it does not match my address.). Seller refuses to take responsibility, accuses me of scamming, and won’t refund or reship. Seven days later, I’m left with no product and no solution. I informed the source immediately as soon as I noticed the mistake so they could intervene right away, which they didn’t do.

    **It is also important to note that the address provided is 100% correct and has been proven, as recorded in the message with a bank proof of address. This is because one of the source’s accusations (besides all the other accusations they made) was that I had given a wrong address.**

    he is a scammer it won't let me reply to the thread maybe due to account age but he is just sending fake tracking's also his price sheet is very comparable to HYB but yes, it is fake i have a feeling the kid promote him on TikTok @thepepguy is chaowang and hitting a massive robbery everyone should report the account i only lost 60 on some Cialis but yes it has been deemed a fat scam. if i can figure out how to upload photo he sent me a fake tracking number for a package that went to a warehouse in my city UPS said it was to a factory and it was delivered at the bay door but i live in a house i hope whoever chaowang is gets bad karma:((

    Hey just wanted to upload this conversation as it's an immediate loss for me and even a little bit of customer service could have easily avoided it.

    For background I've ordered from a few different vendors already and never had any customer service problems like this.

    I submit a very large order around $1400USD, right off the bat they took my money without telling me that they don't even have the product I wanted in stock, as they already have my money I negotiated a change to a product I really didn't want but I figured I would just be chill about it and not give them a hard time.

    Right after the funds were taken (3 hours later) I realized the address I provided could no longer be used and I asked to change the address, but they just started to ghost me until Monday.

    In the end they sent me the USPS tracking meaning it's going to the wrong location and is a complete loss at that point. And they have gone ghost again.

    Curious what y'all think, in my head this really doesn't seem like my fault, I don't know of any other reps that just ignore you as soon as the order is sent to them.

    I find it funny how they are blaming me saying I requested a change days later and telling me I can't complain lol

    I wouldn’t leave it at that lol.

    There are people who want to shop with and support you. But eq repetitively crashing isn’t normal. It also looks like it was shipped crashed, if it isn’t holding with anyone who’s reheating.

    Not sure how you would expect this to be a talking point, without an actual solution. Not “high purity eq crashes”. You’re here to brew brother. This ain’t brewing.
    yeah I had an order test c and eq and test came in good but eq was solidified, emailed him he said to heat, tried 3 times and after cooling would just solidify again, emailed him multiple times and he’s just ignoring so my experience with him is not good yetIMG_9564.webp
     
    Ordered with Cavan from CN warehouse on 11/6, tracking on 11/8, received today in TX. Everything accounted for.

    Hey everyone. Been lurking around for a bit and wanted to first, thank y'all for all the helpful info and tips iv gained just from reading all the different posts; it's been a crucial part of my health journey. Unfortunately, my first contribution is a warning.

    I put in an order with WWB (my 8th) 2 weeks ago. My order was for 6 vials of Primo and 4 vials of test. I received my order fairly quickly, but after opening the package, I only received 2 vials of Primo and 3 test. I contacted the rep informed them of the issue, and sent video and picture evidence. The rep stated that he would add the missing items ($380 worth) to my next order. Told the rep there ain't no way I'm
    Placing another order without receiving my items. After that comment rep went dark and haven't heard anything. I reached out to other reps who stated that they can't help me because sales are a 1 on 1 basis. I sent out an email that WWB lists on their WhatsApp and haven't gotten a response.

    Anyway sorry for the long post but just wanted to make you guys aware of what can happen when an order goes wrong.
     
    Two months since i paid.
    Middle of sept and have been refused a refund.

    But she will definitely send tracking soon, right?

    Since my first package actually landed before the ssa drama, i cant imagine anything else than the hblf factory got shut down during the inspections and all the money confiscated.
    Maybe if they get enough "pre sales" to pay their taxes with some bribes along the way, they get to restart their production?

    So, you all should definitely place some orders youll never get to help get Eva, Bella and Lee's ceo out of jail!

    She prooves me wrong and ill be the first one to run over here and eat my words, though.

    Weirdly enough i still believe her.
    Atleast that she would send if she could.

    Placed an order in September, but still nothing. Eva is unable to communicate anything other than "will send the tracking number soon". Every week the same answer, no matter the question. No new info, nothing. I must presume that my order is lost, 1000 USD down the drain
     
    Hey everyone, I’d like to share my experience with Duncan Pharma and how they scammed me. I’ve been putting this off for a while, hoping they’d make things right, but today they blocked me — so I’m really glad I took screenshots of our entire conversation earlier. Enjoy the read, and I strongly advise against ordering from these scammers.


    P.S. In the group chat where multiple people could post, there were several others with the same experience as mine.

    It’s almost been a month since I paid and it’s always the same thing “tracking for shipping will come soon and we can’t refund”

    I placed my order 72 days ago. This was supposed to be my first order from China, but they still haven’t shipped the package. I’ve been asking for updates every week, but they usually just say “no worry, tracking soon.” This has been going on for over two months. I’ve already reported it as a scam — both the thread and the profile. Don’t you think their listings should be taken down until they actually start shipping orders, so they can’t scam anyone else?
