Test subject: Jruiz. Compounds: 600test p 1-10, 400npp 1-8, 40Tbol 2-8. A.I: anastazole .25 ml eod ( caber on hand). Supplements: whey and cassein protein, coq10 , fiber , tudca , and my fav H20 1 1/2 gl ed. Training strategy: optimization of protein synthesis, capitalize on meal frequency and nutrient timing, and maximum muscle growth ultimately. Stats: 29 yrs old this year / 175 pds / 2 oral cycles, 1 inject cycle under belt / 5ft 6 inch tall / mesomorph body type Goals: increase lifts drastically, hit 195 pds solid muscle(staying modest), and to be the machine that seizes what is rightfully mine !! Jk but really going for a complete transformer mode on this one ! Diet mesomorph bulking: 1.1 g protein per lb of weight= 192.5 grams protein ed / 0.3 g of fat per lb of weight = 52.5 grams of fat ed / carbs to be filled in with rest of calories. Macronutrient sources: protein- lean beef, low fat pork, tuna ,salmon,shrimp, whey, milk protein isolate, and egg whites / carbs- beans( oh ya my Mexican ass loves me some beans) sorry, rice(white and brown) ,pastas, veggies and fruits / fats- primrose oil, nuts, egg yolks, and salmon now I'm currently 8 pins deep on my run unfortunately I just pinned mfl npp yesterday and have been using helix's npp til that point and couldn't really tell much from the npp . Def felt the mfl test p though. Now that I have my npp from mfl the show is on! Tbol I got not too long ago and am surely feeling some good pumps and strenght. First few pins were crippling pip but its starting to wear off as I pin more. I'm am seeing some nice vascular action commensing and the libido is up there. I've had a few bad night sweats already where I wake up soaked in a bath. Here these past few days having trouble sleeping so I know my test is rocketing so that's a good sign . Energy is great and sense of well being is addictive. So far all looks fantastic . Soon as this npp takes over the previous ill be more satisfied.
