LabMax Var Test

Not to sound like a dick, I know we're all grateful for labmax but if they're constantly having issues with shit breaking in transport maybe they should put their heads together and come up with some better packaging..
 
I agree with you JB. The vials were in a thin envelope that had weak ass bubble wrap on the inside.
I mean I get that shit happens but she said it like it has been constantly going on. Do something about it?
Put the vials in like a small box with hard exterior and put some foam around the vials.:rolleyes:

My bad made a typo. I got refunded for the single vial that broke in transport not the whole order.
Why should I contact them and apologize? The email this broad sent me was the most unprofessional email I've ever received.

Something does not add up in your story, particularly if you change your story. I have been their customer and I have experienced the best customer support ever. They are very professional but probably got pissed off with something you did because no company would tell do not come back unless you did something.

I can definitly send them link to this story and see what really happend.

I'm just playing devil's advocate here, they went from something to nothing real quick, they're now famous across the boards.. Maybe it's going to their heads?? That does sound like some shitty packaging..

As far as I know they deal very professionally to the best satisfaction of customers. And no matter what I am buying more vials from them again.

My company ships a lot too and there is difference between good packages which cost more and a little shitty. Better box means more expensive shipping, not everybody wants to pay, customers always ask for the cheapest way.
My company figured it this way let’s deal with a few complains instead of charging everybody more for shipping and losing customers.

How has my story changed. I wrote "order" instead of "vial" in the last message. It was a typo.
I emailed them and asked if they could send another vial in place of this one. Got a response that stated the post office damages their packages and do not take responsibility for it. She then went on to say that this causes them to have to deal with people like me and it is a "headache". They gave me the refund for the broken vial and asked me not to order anymore.
I'm not saying they have not been polite and professional with you, but when someone who sends administrative communication emails to clients states that someone else is responsible for breaking their items. (almost frequently). The fact that them not improving their insufficient packaging methods is causing them a "headache". And that they no longer want your service, this shows they are not professional.
I know that to improve the packaging it will cost more money, but how much. Someone's $19.00 vial finally arrives and it is broken. You send them another to make up for it, that costs them $19.00

-Hard exterior box with some foam inside $4.50
-Me getting screwed over by PEP - Priceless

-For everything else there's MasterCard.

Ouch, sorry to read about all your trouble. I believe I would be upset with a company that wrote a letter like that to me. But, at the same time I would still want to get some reassurance that my gear was G2G. Maybe if you talked to them again about the last email they would realized that is not good business.
 
Yeah they said that they were giving me a refund and were pretty strict when asking me not to come back. I noticed the refund transaction completed this morning. Was going to email them back but I figured it's not worth it.

I believe that your vial was broken but I cannot fully believe your full story of events. You did something that they do not want to do anything with you.

If you go to restaurant you get good treatment and service if you misbehave they do not want to you come anymore because it is bad for the business.

Probably you know pretty well. There are a lot of satisfied customers here of labmax and you seem to be the only one who has some issue with one broken vial and could not handle it in proper manner.

The advice is next time cool down take a day off and then complain about your broken vial how to handle it in proper manner.

Do not try to lie and cheat or bitch.
 
LabMax is responsible until the product reaches you. If they don't man up to that, fuck them. They're just a reseller anyways. I get my tests somewhere else.

So far they have been responsible and reship if vials are broken. But how are you responsible if Post Office damages your goods and they do not want to take any responsibility for this, fuck the post office.

My company ships a lot and all the time goods are damage by all couriers and they do not want to pay for this, we have to ship again and hope for best and take all the shit.

I am sure that there are hundreds who are satisfied by Labmax's products and customer service. When I contacted Labmax about the broken product I was kind and understanding in my email. When I received their unprofessional, rude and random response I decided to include it in the thread.
What are you talking about? In what way did I lie and cheat or bitch?
To be honest, I think that Labmax is receiving several emails from clients stating that their products were damaged. I think Labmax got overwhelmed and did not want to deal with it due to their "Headache".
Either that or they have an Intern handling the online communications.

From what I see and you wrote you got full refund but only your one vial was broken and you are still bitching. So I am not surprised that they do not want to deal with you, you lied to them.

The point of this forum is to share both good and bad experiences. He doesn't even seem to be complaining despite the shitty service. He's just sharing his experience. There have been plenty of good transactions with labMax and just a few bad. They've earned a good reputation so far. Maybe the customer service person was having a bad day. Either way, of that happened to me I would post it too.

I don't know why you are so amped up, but I have been trying to explain it post after post after post and you just seem to not be reading or understanding them.
