10 working sets on one exercise is volume training.

15-16 sets is madness

You also only need like 2 warm up sets IMO.

You want to be moving weight. You should be losing performance on your 3rd set of bench.

For example after I warm up I start with

245x8 first set

235x8 second set

225x8 third set

225x7 fourth set

This is what my last bench workout looked like. I do not stop at a specific number I just go to failure. But I knew taking off about 10 pounds would keep me in my rep range.
 
Those 20 sets already has warm up included. I guess I just have good endurance, seeing that I spent allot of time doing HIIT before my bulk for strength and conditioning mma fights
 
Endurance is one of my personal priorities, not during the bulk ofcourse, that's why I'm adding it for 1 week, only 3 days. During the last weeks, maybe week 11

That's basically the protacoll I'll be using thru out the cycle, keeping it at 4-7 reps. 4-5 sets. It's just that last 1week it's volume

Your goal shouldn't be to shed fat during PCT. You should at a minimum be eating a few hundred calories above maintenance until you're recovered.


Yes, my goal isn't going to be to cut during pct, I will still be eating above maint, but if I do have a hefty amount of fat, I'll run some Clen. If not I'll just go with pct as is. That what I have thought out atleast.
 
Just my opinion I don't like the split. Too much. Your trying to bulk. You need to go heavy and hard and rest. More isn't always better. I'm a really hard gainer and love the gym and would go 7 days a week and workout 2 hours a day but have found out going 4-5 days a week with rest and spending 45-60 in the gym I've got bigger and better gains. Your burning too many cals just my opinion

It took me almost 10 years to learn this. Now im in and out in 60 min unless I do 20 min of cardio.

I could be wrong but you never want to cut fat or use a beta antagonist during pct. You should prob up your caloric intake if anything.

Hmm I'll have to look into that. I've read that people find it easier to keep gains with clen added into pct since it also ups the nitrogen in your body to stop muscle catabolism
 
I've read the same thing. During pct you want up your cals even more then on cycle to keep your gains. How many cycles have you done? Your trying to bulk to win this competiton but want to add clen in the add. So you are trying to bulk and cut on this same cycle. To me your training history and thought process is off. I can see how your 165 or whatever you are.

Haha well, I'm going for a bulk, but I was just gonna add clen in pct to make it easier, or so I have read that.
 
This is my second cycle. My first one was kinda bunked cycle so didn't do much. Before I way eating 5000+ calories and weight stayed at 170 as if I was maintaining.
 
I'm not sure if you heard this but your first cycle is suppose to be your best. You only get one first cycle. My first was sus 250 two shots twice a week for 8 weeks put on 23 pounds kept 16 of that. You won't agree and others might be on your side but this is your second cycle. Usually second cycles consist of say just dbol and test. You said you've done research and others will tell you to start with a compound here and there not go crazy with it. Say your taking all 4 that you plan on and maybe one doesn't agree with you how do you know which compound it is since you've never ran anything but test. To me your looking to hit a home run on your second cycle and your 165. I guess I learned from old school guys more isn't always better. It's like guys are telling me I'll blow up on tren but from who I learned from they say I'm not ready for it and should be used mostly for guys doing competitions. The more you take now the more gear your body will need over time to get gains. To me your going all in pretty early and my guess is your probably still in your 20s
 
As of right now at least, I'm running dbol test and npp. I was looking into clen for a better pct. I completely agree that this is my second cycle. Honestly I don't plan in cycling allot, I know people tend to say that. But I'm not looking to be a body builder, I like being lean. So realistically this could very be my last cycle.
 
Your log says var as well so you dropped that? So your plan is to run a bunch of free gear and win 500 and then give up on cycling I find that hard to believe just my opinion. I'm just not sold on your experience and you jumping on so much gear already and then saying your done. Yea I maybe a little hard on you but I'm a hard gainer too and just think you are looking for an easy way out with all the gear you are using. I'm no pro never said I was but I have lots on steriods and if you saw my transformation pics and log I'm pretty hard into this and dedicated but if you can put on 30 pounds on this cycle of muscle more power to you. I won't comment on your log anymore sorry to hijack it but your training with all those sets and reps and so much gear just baffles me. Like others said less is more. Like I hit chest today.
