Tes E Dbol Cycle

I request the pro's to validate the following cycle for its dosages of the compounds (on cycle and PCT):

Test E Dbol Cycle
Week 1 to 10 – Test E 500 mg per week
Week 1 to 3 – Dbol 40 mg per day
Week 1 to 12 – Arimidex 0.5 mg eod (Mon, Wed, Fri each week)
Week 11 to 12 – HCG 2000 i.u (premix) per week
Week 13 to 16 – Clomid 50 mg every day for 4 weeks
Week 13 to 16 – Nolva 40 mg every day for first 2 weeks and 20 mg every day for the last 2 weeks

Please note the following points as well:
1. 10 week v/s 12 week Test E: I researched on this and found that extra two weeks won't give a good risk return ratio, so I prefer to run only for 10 weeks
2. Dbol - Should I run 40 mg for the first four weeks or for the first three weeks is fine?
3. Arimidex - Should I take it only when I see signs of bloating through water or should I run it otherwise as well? Also, should I run it w/ HCG in weeks 11 to 12? Should I run it as 0.5 mg eod or 0.25 mg eod?
4. HCG - I have read a lot about using HCG and got to know that I should be using it during the cycle, however, since I won't be able to source it beforehand and this cycle may not necessarily demand an HCG , so I am running it as 2000 i.u on the 7th day of the last pin and 2000 i.u. on the 14th day of the last pin. Is the dosage and administration fine enough?
5. Clomid - Should I run clomid for 4 weeks @50mg every day or should I run it as 50/50/25/25? (Before I had done a very very screwed up cycle of only test e for 6 weeks and had taken clomid 50 mg ed for two weeks but was having massive cramps as the side effect, hence, thinking to taper the dosage
6. Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) - Is the dosage and administration fine?

First cycle? Stats? If you have never tried dbol before, start with 30mg and go from there. Good dbol at 30mg a day gives me all I need with little bloat and gyno. Do keep plenty of Nolva on hand in case you are prone for gyno. Depending on your stats and cycle history, you may not need the hcg with a 10 week cycle, as your dosage and compounds are relatively mild. I think you could her away with 500 IU to 1000 IU a week. PCT looks good.

hey thanks buddy! Well, not exactly a first cycle - I did the mistake of running a crappy only test e cycle before at 250,250,500,500,500,250 for six weeks. I gained a lot of water and some muscle (noticeable gains) as my calorie uptake was very high. Right now losing fat to cut down to 10% or lesser till July end.

I have never used Dbol before. So you think 30 mg for first three weeks will give a good enough kickstart, right?
Do you see an advantage in running a 12 week viz a viz a 10 week cycle?
Wouldn't Arimidex at 0.25 mg eod keep the bloat and gyno under control?
 
30 mg dbol would be okay if you are a good responder like most are and of course your gear needs to be on point. I personally do four weeks on dbol but since you have never ran it before, start with week one and go from there. Its all how your body responds.

There are advantages to running 12 weeks instead of 10. My personal reason is more gains and better chance at acquiring quality muscle. I generally will run 4-8 weeks of short esters or 12-16 with long. Really it just depends on experience with compounds and how your body takes them.

I have never ran Arimidex so maybe someone with experience can chime in. I generally run exemestane (aromasin) at 12.5 mg ED or Letro when I need a major E2 adjustment.

You should start PCT at least three weeks from last pin of test e. I prefer to run test prop those last three weeks that way you don't skip a beat and retain more of your gains when its time to start PCT.

Oh, so you mean you run Test P after test e until PCT starts? Ok, so it should be better to give a three week break rather than a two week break after the last jab of test e?
Also, I know most of the bloating is correlated to food, but since I will of course be eating above maintenance, will dBol bloat me like hell? as in the moon face and all? Could Aromasin curb that?
 
Yes and yes. Estrogen control will keep down the water retention to a degree. Drinking more water helps as well. I only got moon face when I ran 50 mg of good dbol a day. Again, you will just have to start with a moderate dose (30mg) and adjust from there. Dbol is one of the most popular orals for a reason. It throws size on a guy quick as fuck. Helps with the phycological part of waiting for your long esters to kick in. Also, is you kick started with prop instead of dbol, you will get seemingly leaner Gaines put still see quick results. I usually start and end with it.

After week1, the weight is 76 kgs, week 2 the weight is 78 kgs, etc. , so, since it is advised to increase calories as the weight increases, however, this weight increase will definitely have water and fat along with muscle. So, shouldn't this weight be discounted to account for only, let's say, 1 kg of solid muscle in two weeks? Hence, the discounted weight becomes 76kgs and not 78kgs, which can then be used to calculate the amount of calories needed? I will ofcourse start w/ 500 above maintenance but don't want to keep increasing just because the overall weight is increasing as then I will acquire more water and fat..
 
ahhh the old test e dbol cycle..my fav for sure.. I used 500 test e every week for 12 weeks and dbol first 2 weeks of 40mg then 3 weeks of 50mg. I really could tell a difference between 40mg and 50 mg of dbol( used blue hearts). As for running test for 12 weeks, I don't know the difference as I have only used for 12 weeks. There were gains after 10 weeks still tho.

Think you are running your pct to soon. Go to apeshitjacked thread on pct. It is stickied in the pct section. Read and learn when to start your pct for the cycle you are planning. One thing you can do to start pct sooner is to run a short ester test the last three weeks of your cycle, acetate or propionate. Rule of thumb is five half lives equals the start of your pct which would be 35 days from your last pin of E

If ebk doesn't mind I will answer these too. Dbol or any oral should be taken daily and if you can split the doses , morning and night. This is to stabilize blood levels. Most orals have a half life of eight hours so keep that in mind when dosing. You can take one at ten am and then one before the gym at seven pm and still be good.

EBK can answer the diet question as I have my own personal beliefs with food. I just eat when hungry lol

Oh thanks a lot..I will surely go to the thread and read it..But, from whatever, I have perused on the forums , etc. regarding this cycle is - using PCT after 14 days from the last pin. Week 15-18 for a 12 week cycle. Will read more on this now.

Im running almost the same cycle test c instead of test e but I have a question regarding the test p at the end of the cycle. So after the 10 weeks of test c you can start test p when ? the day after your last injection of test c ? Then run that for 3 weeks and then discontinue use and start pct the next day or wait a couple days ? sorry it would probably help if i knew the half life of test p I guess.
