So i just scooped this bench and weights off of someone on craigslist. Not the nicest setup in the world but i can still get 300+ lbs on the bar. Got the whole thing with weights for $80.

nice find man, you stole that thing for 80. I have mountains of various free weights and bench pretty much like that with a over head cable and a low pulley.

that is a nice setup. i need to get an ez curl bar and a squat rack and i can officially cancel my gym membership. the downstairs neighbors cant be too happy about me doing deadlifts at midnight :D

It gets addicting, I have thousands of dollars into my home gym... I got everything you could possibly need though...

i need more room! i think i will be moving soon and will have room for a real rack. for now i am going to get some more weight and an ez curl and i will be all set. i will only really need to go to the gym to do squats.:p

I love it, I never have to worry about going to public gyms and I can time my resting periods and never have it get thrown off.. It took me a few years to get my gym where I wanted it but it's really nice now... I still have a few thing I want to add.. When it comes to home gyms you can always add more...

gotta love when you stand up and take 3 steps away from a bench at LA fitness and some kid starts taking your weights off the bar. i have almost gotten into a few fights since i started going there.

It's a zoo in all the gyms I have ever been to...

Good for you! Got tired of the gym, the travel and the bs.
Over the past 10 years I have collected a smith machine, power rack, a cable rack, a seated calf machine, dumbbell rack, 3 benches, a multi station machine by BodySolid, dip/pullup rack, a treadmill and about 800# in weights, including bars. All from garage sales. Thank goodness for new year's resolutions and failed dreams! . They're out there and very reasonable, especially around March or April. Good hunting!

Got this last night, picked it up for $300, came with 4 45# and 4 35#. Just in time for leg day!

notits are you in S florida? i saw a similar machine in coral springs and actually messaged the guy about it on craigslist, but he said he sold it already?
