weighted chinup

Hello everyone,
I've been lurking these boards for a few months now and thought I would finally join up and introduce myself here.
I've been training for a little while now, I'm currently weighing around 187-190 @ 5'7, give or take a few pounds. Body fat is somewhere around 15% I would say. I train with a push/pull/legs split, I'm a big fan of weighted body weight lifts as well, and use them whenever I can in my split (weighted dips, chinups, pullups, etc) as my main lifts.
I have no prior experience with AAS or PED's , not currently planning on taking anything in the IMMEDIATE future, but as I mentioned earlier , I had been lurking this board for a while now and the uncensored model and the discussions it allows and facilitates makes it stand out from all the other boards online.
I look forward to meeting you all and learning from others here.
