you have to go through hundreds of sites to find something which makes sense.

my chemist friend said you dont have to heat it up to sterilise it. the filtering and BA is enough.


He told me to.

-add the solvents/powder/oil into a beaker.

-Get hot tap water in a bucket and put the beaker in the bucket so the water is halfway up the beaker

-Let the mixture dissolve

-Draw up into a syringe, connect syringe filter and filter into a sterile vial

I have never heard of that, i dont think it will be mixed even properly without heating but again i am not a chemist.

Again if your friend is a chemist then he must knows better than at least me.

I agree. Some heat helps with the dissolving and mixing process but over heating just vaps out your BB/BA...This is not the sterilization portion of the process people.

yeah the hot tap should be enough if it isnt put a little boiling water to heat the mixture up
