What does your diet consist of??

Chicken and oatmeal. That is really the bulk of my diet. Yes I do not get enough veggies, but honestly that is not something that I am entirely worried about right now. I honestly cannot stand eggs anymore, I cannot have them in my system. If I have to look at any more egg whites I might vomit.

PS - If you dont like veggies , try to at least eat an apple (or raw carrot) a day (split into halves) you need some roughage or you will constipate after a while....~Ogh
 
I don't like veggies. I drink em in a smoothie or I use Garden of life Raw Organic Green Super Food.

Can't go wrong there brother. Oats, whites, chicken, lean red meat, fish, rice, broccoli, whey are the only foods I eat nowadays. Like OGH said in his thread, "consistency is the key to success".

May have to try that garden of the life Volt. Been looking for a fibrous low carb source when I have to go with liquid protein meals and I need to get on board with those OGH cookies! They look tasty.

I had a doctor tell me a few years back that my high protein diet needed more roughage to operate correctly . Anyone remember what happened to WWE Brock Lesnar a few years back ? The guy tried to live off lean meats only and suffered kidney failure , his doc had him throw in a few apples & carrots and salads and he was fine after that (after 3 months of rehab). Thats why I say add an apple or carrot or small salad . You cant live off protein only ....~Ogh
 
PB, syntha 6, plain Greek yogurt, oatmeal, egg whites, eggs, chicken, vegetables. That's how I get it done

Experimenting with calorie intake with this food to try and find maintenance and maybe cut a tad. Nothing too crazy lol

I try and eat the same thing everyday. Been cheating 2-3 times a week and I've had enough of that haha. After eating the same thing for sometime, anything "unhealthy" bloats me so bad and give me the worst stomach aches. Not fun at all

I get the same thing. After staying on my meal plan for weeks to months then you have to eat something way outside
Of your plan it always messes up my stomach bad. Had it happen the other week. Had to eat BBQ brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Delicious going in, was paying for it bad 45 minutes later.
 
Lol I hear you on that. I also feel bad for my gf when those totally involuntary farts make their way out and clear the room hahaha

Which brings up a good point ....some feel that you should stay on the diet with NO cheat meals , because it only makes it harder to go back to bland food . Im starting to agree , that cheat meals should be as short and brief as possible .....~Ogh (pro-cheater)

......I looked really good a week ago and after a thorough cheat I look like sht . Messed up all my diet progress . Now Im fighting to get back to there .....(water retention ?) ~Ogh

I'm in the same boat today OGH and was wondering the same thing. I went up 2.4 lbs in scale weight over the weekend. I was assuming it was water weight and Zaphod just confirmed my beliefs. Thank you brothers.
