When the tests came back on Meso, we took them off list until we could figure out what happened. Despite the fact that the test said that they are 56mgs/ml, the results that people were reporting didn't support that. People that have purchased and actually used our Norma's emphatically disagreed with the test results and wished to purchase more. Because of that, we will continue to sell them. I don't believe, nor does Gr, that these Norma's are 56mgs/ml. I am currently running them at 250mgs EW as my cycle base so if they are bad, I'll find out for myself.
As for taking care of the customers, we did exactly that. For every customer that was not happy with their purchase, we stood by our word and despite the fact that we believe the Norma's are good, we reimbursed the customer.
I understand that Meso customers don't believe the Norma's to be good, and that's ok. To them we say, do not buy them if you are not confident in them.
If anyone has any issues with any of our products whatsoever, I will help you just as I have helped the ones through this Norma fiasco. But at the end of the day if people are happy with them and want to purchase them, then we will sell it to them.
