Can't hold the squat bar right now bc of my shoulder. My arm won't bend that way and support. I'm gonna focus on leg press while I can.
you could probably do the smith machine with no problem... hard to activate glutes and hams well with leg presses
Why not some hack squats?

I could do that. I just feel like such a bitch on the smith machine but it's better than nothing until I'm back up to full speed. I'll be doing squats between two 60 year old women.
That's ok, I know guys that run gear and train 2 days a week, then wonder why thy don look good. At least your still training even with an injury.

My Synaptec Tren a arrived. Pinned 1 ml in the delt. Was my first delt pinning, pip is not very strong but i guess shoulder training would be impossible today

If I remember correctly didn't genesis turn into unigen? therefore wouldn't those be counterfeits? (if this has been spoke about before I apologize, I haven't been keeping up with this thead, and I don't have time to go through all the pages)

I don't want to misquote anything but in a nutshell, there were two gentlemen making Genesis. They went their separate ways. One went and did how own thing and the other continued to make Genesis. Same exact gear. This is how it's been explained to me.
