I just started. I don't have time to cook. I work way too much. At work I have our chef cook for me but at home I have no time.

Not sure I know the difference to be honest. Just ordered a bunch of different brands and sizes from GPZ. Also got an amp opener.

I don't think your body can process raw eggs (aside from the obvious salmonella risks). Try muscle egg. It's pasteurized egg whites. The chocolate flavor is awesome

IIRC you only get ~50% of the protein with raw eggs..

Stop making excuses about working too much majere, that's one of the reasons you look the way you do..

Raw eggs have less protein bioavailability than cooked eggs? Why so, if you don't mind me asking.

I do work a lot man. It's hard to find time to train. Much less eat. I'll give you, I don't look the best because of it. I do look better than my avatar. That pic is a few years old.

Yeah man, that's a long reach. My buddy in high school was like 5'7" and thick as fuck. He was benching over 350 at 17 years old. But now as an adult he's a short stubby fucker. I'd rather be tall like you.
