Here is a very good tutorial on starting a gmail account. Adding the chrome extension for mailvelope and using mailvelope for the first time user. It goes over everything from install, generating keys, using public keys, and sending/receiving encrypted email. Please watch this and then post any question related to using mailvelope. I had hoped to post a step by step myself, but did not have time to write it up last night.

I just got a chance to brew up some of HTPs Test Cyp that I ordered a few weeks back.
This guy is a pro. Packaging was super tight. Quick TA and email response. Everything I ordered was there.

dont trust anything, why place your trust in mailvelope. the government requires certain softwares to contain hidden back doors..
unless you professionaly code for a living, and know the cryptography/encryption behind these systems, why take the chance?
i would prefer a striaght up pgp key which im pretty sure he has..

I'm not sure what you mean. What's a "straight up pgp key" compared to what he's using? All PGP follow the OpenPGP standard, and there's a few different algorithms used. Whether or not it has a backdoor for the NSA is a different question entirely, but there's nothing you can as a user do to solve that. But as I understand none of that's usable or admissible in court in normal investigation anyhow.
You're right though in that there's still exposure and risk present. But that's inevitable, if you want a risk free approach, don't buy scheduled substances
One thing I don't understand is why to use gmail as all of those mails of noobs ignoring the rules and sending plaintext emails of "I WANT THESE DRUGS MR. HTP FROM MESO" could paint its own picture. Know very little about the law though, so have no idea how that holds up as evidence of anything
