So I understand why a source wouldn't want to refund you. Anyone could do this and get the money+the product. Not saying you did but DPD usually calls you before making delivers or you even get an SMS/email. You should have kept your eyes on the package.

Plus if you see the right address on the tracking thing why didn't you just go get it and demand it back. At the very least you should have called dpd/courer right away and asked them for the info. I'd say if anyone could have prevented this it is you.

UPDATE: The source offered to resend the product. They suggested I provide a new address, but since I receive without issues at this address (and also because I don’t have another one available), I will take responsibility and request the shipment to the same address. The source mentioned they will only resend one more time, which I think is fair.
I’ll keep giving feedback.
