Numbers in mg are multiplied by 3 to get IU. example: 13mg * 3 = 39iu

They open back on the 27th from Hong Kong. Forgot that they had just announced the domestic usa warehouse though that'll keep sending orders throughout if that's helpful

Think Mark's having a few days with family for the hols but will be logging on periodically (again as per tg) so fingers crossed you can get something sorted if in US

Btw do you ask questions on the Think Big Bodybuilding podcasts or is that a namesake?
