Tile guy if you bloat quick you. might want to look in to diffrent way of getting carbs. Example Ezekiel bread, buckwheat as cereal or oat meal. Lots of broccoli apples etc. . Cleaner carbs.

i googled that bread , sounds like its next level. bet its not a wally world item.. maybe ill look. Im starting to need to re figure my diet, in financial terms. I may just need a cosco card again, with how much chicken and yogurt, eggs i go through..fucking blows...

Great thread tile! I browsed it a few days back but only picke it up again today! I tell you I didn't want to post any pics on the media, but after some thought on how hard I work at everything in life why not maybe someone will like it. Threads like these are by I'm glad to be a member here.
 
@pmac928 Respect! Yeah man, Meso has been the base for everything I know, and my pursuit to turn it up to the next level. Even though we have the guise of our Avatar's and anonymity, we are still Brothers here, and solid relationships can be formed.

Well right now im dealing with it seems injury after injury in pursuit of my transformation.
To give you a idea of what I have going on, I had shoulder reconstruction in 05, including hardware, as it had dislocated over 300 times... I could do shit with that arm. now its manageable but shoulder presses can aggravate it if I dont choose the right grip faithfully. Now my left seems to have a un diagnosed small rotator cuff tear. From years of abuse of coarse. I have permanent whip lash in my neck, like mild cervical degeneration, and it feels like I slapped my face off the water , wakeboarding, everytime i tilt my neck backwards. been like this for years now. Because of that I get referred tension and lockup occasionally under one shoulder blade.
Now my back.. well ever since the L4- was fused to my sacrum, Full back surgery 31 staples, my back seems good now . lol . painfree, and benching 315 x 3 no problems.
2 months ago I go golfers elbow, and a nasty case of it. Went to the physio for ART, and she found I had tennis elbow, and golfters in both elbows. WOW fucking great. Did everything to be disiplined in the last 2 mo, and its almost, almost resolved. Still there in the one orginal spot more than the others, but mild . hopefully goes away within a year i hope. Manageable.

Now: my fucking Goddamn knee. I had the back surgery went from squating 350-375 reps, to just using db's and squating like 70's for months. I worked diligently with db squats, and stepups, and some leg presses. I just resumed barbell squatting in the gym, have been getting that great pump, but first started to notice, my left calf wasnt as big as my right of resent. It would also hurt after leg day. I had shook that feeling off for like a month. Then I was watching about 2 weeks ago as I squated. I could hear a clunk on my left knee as I would pass 90degrees, ass to grass right? well as I would return up , same audible clunk. So I look , and bam , my god dam hamstring tendon is dislocationg and relocating during the motion past 90 degrees. I realized quick that where it inserts into the back of the knee, the lateral outside back, it also where another tendon travels down my calf, to where I have deferred calf pain.
I start researching that shit, and I have the rarest condition, ever,

who the FUCK gets this ? fuck Im calling my dealer, who put me together? Manufacturers Warrenty? why the fuck my dad fucked my mom I dont know, but Im a walking orthopedic disaster.

no but really. The Bicep Formis Tendon's insertion to the knee, is FUCKED , why Im not Eisenstein , hell Im just averagely , marginally intelligent.

So if it only aggravates me when squatting past 90 do I :

1: realize I need another surgery accept that shit, work out for 6more months and do it, and return to 110%

2: Do i discontinue squatting ass to grass, and do pussy ass half squats, and seated leg press like a 60 year old fart
 
But irregardless injured or not I have mad excellent progress.

My goal really isnt to compete. im too old already. to injured. Its to have a similiar off season build to guys in the physique class..hell maybe bigger would be nice

im down from 193 on cycle to 183 or so.. woke up honeslty this morning at 179 and was tripping.. but i feal great, lean ... little less mass, but I have been getting great pumps natty, for instance todays was shoulders, and man did i have a pump leaving , after about 10 sets of 15 rear dealt cable crossovers, and 6 sets of 12 smith machine shoulder press, followed standing shoulder barbell presses.. and latteral raises. . love this 1 group a week shit. fuck yeah. chest still soar from days ago..
