igf rl3 dose

I've seen some articles that say 20mcg is a good dose but is it really realistic?

Unless you already have either overt hypothyroidism or asymptomatic hypo-t based on lab studies, you don't need thyroxine supplementation, when running GH or IGF.

Datbtrue runs it at that dosage and I've gotten good results from 20mcg but you can go higher. WAY higher. I've done up to 300mcg but when back down to 20mcg because I just used it before my carb meals and I used DES pre-workout.

I'll run high dosages of it soon and see how it goes.

Why sure it's your body and if you want to abuse it by taking FOURTEEN TIMES the daily prescription dose of thyroxine, that's your prerogative,

300 mcg is an extremely high dosage. I can not recommend a person to take this dosage.
I think it is not recommended to exceed 100 or 120 mcg of IGF-1 LR3 for people who are not sick. I know that with the dose of 100 mcg LR3 can be extremely anabolic results ;-)

There is a lot of posts around with members posting pictures of making good gains on specific muscles (I forgot the term for it...post workout mental dead-ness lol). I might run a log with high dosages later when I'm done with cutting.

But ya I think 20mcg to 120mcg will be good enough and bring on a lot of good results for most people.

What type of igf1 do you use for your next log ? And what grade do you use ? Research or pharma grade ?
Would be add other compound with your igf1, testosterone and or aas? Or other peptides / polypeptides ?

The problem is finding some that's legit and not more expensive than hgh.

The other real issue w peps is there is VERY LITTLE evidence based data to support their use.

So how does someone determine if the "benefits" one mate notes can rightfully be applied to others using the same product!

I suspect it's also very important to remember bc essentially all peps are supplements, the probability evidence based literature is just around the corner, approximates ZERO.

Lastly IF the quality of generic GH continues to improve (which it seems is SLOWLY happening) the benefits of using peps will be negligible, IMO.

Not pharm grade just what is available on maxim peptide.

I want to use what is available to everybody and what is the also a lot more affordable. Now I know non pharm grade products are evil to some but IMO it's a part of the game right now.

Now I do a lot of research on published materials (well I use to until this last few months in which seems like everybody in my life is getting seriously sick and just everything is going to the shitter) but it takes forever for papers to be published and not a lot of people ATM are interested in muscle building and so on so I have came to the conclusion that I will have to do some of my own testing and hopefully one day one of our PHD bodybuilder that does research could use those infos to put his or her own research together and get that published.
