I intended this primarily to aid shoulder recovery, even though the studies have mostly been done on hip and knee problems. I figured it couldn't hurt the arthritis in my knees which the docs have told me is very advanced. My shoulder being mostly healed, I decided to run the Alflutop anyway and see what it can do for my knees.
The usual protocol is for 10mg (1 ml) for 21 days. I plan to do it for 20 days, since that's what I have. I ordered another 20 amps, though, just in case.
Just to outline the knee pain. I get the standard arthritic knee ache after almost any physical activity. Squats have improved that over time, but there's still enough pain to make me down ibuprofen on a regular basis. I also have some "scaling" on the left side that causes intense calf ligament pain after leg workouts, bike rides, etc. I had the same problem on the right around 10 years ago, but had it corrected with surgery.
So the goal is to see if Alflutop can reduce my knee pain, and maybe prompt some cartilage healing as the studies apparently say (but not in English!).
When I got home from work, the stuff was waiting for me, so I went ahead and pinned my first dose. I used a 1/2" slin into the delt. I didn't quite get all the Alflutop out of the amp, but I will hopefully get better at that over time. This stuff is water based and very thin. I felt nothing at all going in.
Other info: currently on 500mg Test E and 750mg Tren E. That runs until the end of Oct. I don't think this will impact knee issues. It never has in the past. I was on GH (Geno) until fairly recently, but the numb hands were getting to me. I doubt I'll restart that during this cycle.
